- Chalybs websites cost from £249 and Shopify stores from £795. Monthly services start at £49.99. Every price is on our Prices page. How you pay: 40% to start, 40% at design sign-off, 20% at launch. Two rounds of changes included. Monthly services billed a month in advance. If you cancel, the month already paid for is not refunded. Prices are what you pay — no VAT added.
- 02How long does it take?
- Chalybs websites usually take two to five weeks from the first chat to going live. Shopify stores take two to three weeks for a starter store and four to eight for a full one.
- 03Who owns everything?
- Chalybs clients own everything: the domain, hosting, site and ad accounts are in your name from day one. If you ever leave Chalybs, you take it all with you.
- 04Am I tied in?
- Chalybs does not tie clients in. There are no long contracts, and monthly services can be cancelled at any time. Monthly services are billed a month in advance, and the month already paid for is not refunded.

- 06Which service should I start with?
- The service to start with is usually a website that makes it easy to call or enquire, then being found on Google. If ads or SEO won’t pay for themselves yet, Chalybs will tell you.
- 07Do you charge a percentage of my ad spend?
- No. Chalybs charges a flat monthly fee for managing Google Ads, never a percentage of your ad spend. The fee depends on which spend band you are in. It starts at £145 a month for up to £500 of ad spend, and every band is on our Prices page. Inside a band, the fee is the same whatever you spend.

- Yes. At Chalybs you talk to the person who does the work, by email, WhatsApp or a quick call.
